Our Story

College Highway is built on family and community - it was founded in 2018, but that is not where owner Frankie Rome’s love for building and repairing began.

In just a small barn off the field of Frankie’s childhood home, he found the love for helping his community at the age of 4. Frankie began helping his father build and repair what his father, Rob Rome, liked to call “toys” - from the neighbor's cars, golf carts, dirt bikes, and basically anything with a motor. At such a young age, Frankie Rome found his passion for problem-solving - something he had always bonded over with his father.

Fast-forward a few years, Frankie decided to turn his passion for building and repairing into a business that he could, in turn, help out the surrounding community.
